The problem with KitKat appears not for the firs time. Last year it was twice (about April and November). After about a month of no traffic service, it was coming back. That time they managed to fix it.Quote:

Now for e-mails asking when traffic will return, Sygic support has stopped answering.
Previously they had at least respond "Sorry about the inconvenience, our developers are already aware of the problem and looking for a solution."
They don't care about the users of older but still compatible devices.
Traffic issue confirmed in standard Sygic (with license), Offline Maps & Navigation and MrDude Sygic Pro.

Is it somehow possible to deactivate, that Sygic (18.7.2) recognizes my cars steering wheel controls? In earlier versions it was no problem but in newer versions of Sygic I can't skip songs from e.g. Spotify while navigating with Sygic because Sygic app recognizes my cars hard buttons (but no real action follows they are just empty clicks or scrolls). I have an Android Head Unit but Sygic works perfect there beside this little but annoying problem. When I leave sygic app (also in background when just pressing home button) it works again. So it is something related to Sygic settings or?
Got the same problem and I'm pretty sure it worked with earlier versions.
So I'm listening to Spotify in the background switch to sygic and can't control the next songs buttons anymore. But the volume up and down is still working. So when I push up or down and the volume overlay comes in the foreground the next song control button is working again but this works only when you see the volume overlay.

As much as you boys and girls want to install this on your head units you will always run into one problem or another.
This app was made to work this way:

Then ask yourself is TomTom or any other GPS app compatible with 3rd party apps like Spotify???
You can also check with the help line at Spotify to see if the app is compatible with GPS apps.
I would think the any GPS app would be the dominant app running as opposed to a music app.
How does it work when getting a phone call or Whatsapp???

I don't know if it could be useful, but the Kosovo map does not work.
If I try to download it from the map menu, it downloads with success, but it does not show on the list of the downloaded maps.
If I try to visualize the map on the world it says it lacks map, but I cannot read the real name of the map, instead I read "hierarchy.iso.xko".4
Trying to tap the download button on the map itself, doesn't work.
I tried both with 18.7.2, 18.7.3 mod.
With the free version on the Play Store the map works.

Then try coping the one that works over to v18.7.3 mod and see if that works.
Make sure you remove the one that doe not work first.
Then report back.
