    Okay, can you please explain to me, in simple terms, why every time I install this app, I have problems? The problem? The program installs and apparently works...until I attach it to BT. Once connected to BT, the image on the phone distorts to landscape mode and is very difficult to use. This particular problem has occurred on all versions since 18.1.4 (it didn't happen then).

    This doesn't happen on the clone version (I'm using that at present).

    So, again, the question: why does this happen and is there anything that I can do?

    @slpostman,

    I have read all your posts in regards to Sygic.

    As you do not give clear details about your problems including screen shots.

    You say you have Android Auto working with v 18.1.4.

    Which I find hard to believe seeing that no one has pulled this off.

    Would like to see these screen shots of what you are talking about and the problems with Bluetooth with image on the phone distorts to landscape mode.

    What phone are you using?
    Is it rooted?
    What version of Android
    How are you making it work on v18.1.4 with Android Auto (screen shots please)

    Are you trying the same with other versions of Sygic and Android Auto???

    Have you tried installing the Google store version and tested that??

    Have you removed all from both your memory and SD card of v18.1.4 before installing any new version of MrDude's???

    Or are you just leaving everything in place and just removing the app and installing a newer version of Sygic and replacing the folder from v18.1.4 back again???

    I have tested every version of Sygic from MrDude on many different smartphones and Android versions with no problems at all and all have been with the phone connected to Bluetooth.

    The screen never changes while in Hand Free mode.

    Never even try Android Auto on and 3rd party GPS apps because it will not work.

    After exiting Sygic app, go to:
    Android Settings > Apps > find Sygic > Force Stop

    or from home screen, you can long press the app icon (new menu will pop up), "App info" then "force stop". You can also click "Storage" and then "clear cache" just to be sure...

    There's 4 ways you can do it:

    1: Exit the app, then from your apps drawer/taskbar which brings up all your recent items - close it in that.
    2: Exit the app and go to your phone settings/app - click on the sygic app and then 'force stop'
    3: Long press on the sygic icon, select app info then 'force stop'.
    4: Just reboot your device.

    No need to clear cache or anything like that.

    Tested.... Sygic GPS Ultimate 18.4.4. + Sygic Truck 13.9.9 + Sygic Professional 13.9.9. (all of them anyloc mods) work flawlessly. With MrDude´s Sygic versions, it is like X-mas season hasn´t ended...... Thank you.

    Edit: Sygic Ultimate 18.4.4. anyloc tested with both TT 2019.12 (in-app maps) and TT 2020.01 (manually downloaded maps). Everything okay.

    Yes, I have tested the Google Store version without problems (obviously without sound...quite annoying that way)
    All previous versions of Sygic were removed from the phone...which, by the way, is not rooted.

    The phone is a Motorola Moto G6 and works with Pie OS.

    Your device is going into Landscape mode - lock it in the settings to portrait mode (disable auto rotate) so that it doesn't switch when you start Sygic.

    There is no distortion at all.
    Even if I turn Bluetooth on and off while having Sygic running.

    If I look at your screen shot you have a lot of other apps running in the background.

    Could one of there apps be causing the problems??
