Even though the app has the same name, it's a brand new app - I guess when they re-wrote it from scratch, they decided to change some stuff. Everything that was in the old app is in this, it just takes a while to find because it's new. Imagine the trouble I had trying to hack it, first find the stuff in the app - then find the place to mod the code. It took me 5 hours to hack from downloading to uploading, this is a long time for me....just saying. Even decompiling the libs takes about 2 hours, and that's before you even start to look at the code.

Is there any chance to bring POIs from the older versions?
I copied "items.dat" file (com.sygic.aura/files/res/db), unfortunately POIs didn't appear.

Don't use any files from old Sygic versions, I've already said - this is a brand new app - it just uses the same name. All the code has changed and stuff that works in old versions will not work in this version (apart from maps and maybe voices). Even the new maps are different and are for electric vehicles, same with things like POI.

Change the country code to your own (look in your map dir for what name map you have) - then manually download the poi file.

Example for Belgium
hxxp://cdn.sygic.com/in-app-data/maps/Europe/SDK/ta.2021.03.SDK_PlugSurfEV/bel.ta.2021.03/bel.poi

Put the poi in your map folder and close the app and then restart it again for POI to start working.

It never happened before. Not with S-track and not with S-aura.
It happened for the first time now and I do not understand why.
Immediately after the 1st installation, choosing language and voice and properly downloading IL map, it goes up well, received in order and is complete with the names of the streets in full Hebrew.
BUT, in the app's next launch, the map comes up with street and city names in English.
I uninstalled the app and did a clean install again. Same story.
Why is this happening?

Ask Sygic support - that's down to them. Sometimes if someone has the same ID and changes the language this happens, is your device using a spoofed id?

I have never dealt with spoofed id and with such things.

My device is as innocent as the day it was bought.

trying this version right now, its butter smooth, and i'm starting to like the new design... and DAMN, they finally got the lane guidance arrows like in Tomtom/iGO, not that dynamic lane crap

sadly some things are poorly translated, i guess its normal in these early versions

as a diehard iGO fan, im just starting to "rediscover" Sygic again thanks to mentaljim versions, many thanks for your work

Has anyone succeeded to import .rupi-files? Placing into maps/import-folder seems not working

This version is a step back. No speed limits, sharp curves and railway crossing and places on route. These options are in the settings but not working.
