    Hello forum,
    maybe one of you can help me.
    Have the following problem - Sygic sometimes "loses" the maps although all are installed.
    Yesterday all maps were there and today after the restart were in Sygic (17.6.4.) No more maps were installed - although on the internal memory all maps are installed
    Can someone tell me where sygic stores the information about the maps ??
    Also would be interesting where the information about internal memory or SD ??

    Regards Klaus

    Follow instructions at first post. Choose internal memory for installation, if You have a main folder in ext memory delete it..

    @spyder,
    First of all thanks for your answer. Have everything installed as described in the first post. And now everything works again.
    So that does not happen to me again would be interesting where Sygic stores the information ??
    Use Sygic on an Android tablet without a SIM card and without contacts app - but will ask for a new installation if the phone contacts are allowed to use (have on the SD the phone directory in CSV format).
    If I install Sygic on my Android monitor in the car, I find so far no way to import the contacts. The support mine that does not work.
    But since it goes on my tab it would have to go in the car ??

    Regards Klaus

    Sygic stores user's informations in files/Android (all .dat files, not present in installation pack), and in files/Res/db and in files/Res/itinerary, so You can transfer them from old device with Sygic to new one, but I can't tell You other informations.
