You must download with mapdownloader wcl and map of release TT v9.0.

In Forum, section Sygic ..voices... You can find the greek normal voice.

You need to put the map filename into the content.info file (one in Red) : TA:GRC:2018.03

When I start Sygic, it dims the display of my WinCE Head Unit, making it very difficult to see anything on the screen. When I exit Sygic, the display remains dim for everything else on my WinCE Head Unit. I have checked the settings on my head unit, and the display brightness is set to maximum.
Is there a setting in any of the .ini files that can adjust this?

No .ini file to change, I think. Try in settings >Battery management and set "high performance" in all powers.

I tried the battery management settings - no change.

I had a look in the core3d.ini file and looked at the CRendererGL Settings as outlined in Post#48. I made the changes (even reversing the settings), but this didn't help.

I then noticed that there are two .dll files in the WinCE\gl folder:
    libEGL.dll
    libGLESv1_CM.dll
I made the assumption that the CRendererGL settings in core3d.ini refers to these files, so I commented out the references to files that don't exist in the WinCE\gl folder and did a trail and error, only keeping the reference to one of those .dll files at a time.

When only referencing libEGL.dll - Sygic crashed and brought up an error.
When only referencing libGLESv1_CM.dll - Sygic came up at the correct brightness! But, the maps did not display on the screen correctly - the display was warped. Menus displayed fine.

When you comment out all references to all of the .dll files listed under CRendererGL (& CRendererGL2) in core3d.ini - I believe the system reverts to openGL32.dll (even though I couldn't find it anywhere), and while everything displays properly, the screen is extremely dim.

    Anyone have any ideas?

And I can confirm that with DC 800Mhz and 256MB works slowly, slower then NG. Sygic is pretty heavy software. Same situation for older Android mobile phones.

5, 6, 7, 8 or 10", it does not meter, resolution could be a same on all
I use 5" 800x480 device, and compared to other software, Sygic is unfortunately much slower.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

I test it in chinese PNA RAM 256, CPU 800 mHz, res 800_480, screen 5". It work very well. Prefer devices with screen 5" and other same features. In devices with 7" screen it work slower

In my 5" 800x480 device Sygic 13.2 is faster than iGO Nextgen.
Larger screen, at same resolution, requires more resources from device.
