Default Convert from Sygic .rupi to .csv

I got bored to I decoded the .rupi format. I need some old .rupi files to test it. If you need to extract data from a .rupi file, post it and I will convert to Sygic .csv for you.

Here is the conversion, the text encoding doesn't look right. Maybe, .csv file needs to be in unicode; is country Germany?

that's the Problem that many Converters with Umlauts and special Characters have.

I store my edited Tables in the Font "Windows (1252 / WinLatin)" - delimeter=; and so these Characters are also read in correctly by the RUPI-Converter

It's always nice to have the original input file to check against. This should be correct now

    ! perfect ! just:
a | as a Column separator is in TXT or CSV too cluttered, better is here a Comma separator, because for reading / converting after e.g. OV2 most Converters understand only Comma seperator

! Thank you for your Efforts !

But character such as comma or semicolon can be used in the description.
