Is your GPS signal ok? Maybe gps antenna is making problems......
I'm using the official Sygic software and have problems with lane assist since months. I'm asking this forum since Sygic support cannot fix the issue.
I'm running the lastest software version with latest maps. 2 issues:
-Lane assist timing is wrong. The lane assist window starts too early or late and shows something not matching with the current road.
-I'm driving on a road with 4 lanes (1x turning to the right, 2x straight and 1x to the left). The lane assist is recommending the most left and right lanes, but only the right lane is correct.
Such mistakes are happen at 20% of the displayed lane assists. I have lost confidence at all.
Any experiences if such issues are linked to the maps? OSM or TomTom maps better than the Sygic maps?
Any hint is welcome.

from my experience, i find the lane guidance in Sygic software not the most reliable thing out there, sadly
i've tried "regular" Sygic and truck versions, tt and here maps, in some places its ok but not quite as accurate as its could be, it pales in comparison to Tomtom Go and iGO which are excellent tn that regard
to me its the "achilles heel" of Sygic apps, otherwise i realy like their software and it would be my "daily driver" if it wasn't for that issue
Thank you for quick feedback. GPS is working well on my smartphone. I have very good experiences with the lane assists of Google Maps and Navigon App. But like Xabregas said, Sygic's lane assist is the weak point, unfortunately. All other features are really nice. Especially the graphics is better than Google Maps. I'm still a fan of Navigon's colors, but unfortunately the app is discontinued.
