Default Sygic 17.9.4 TTS Voices Problem

I'm trying to get Sygic 17.9.4 to use street names. I have selected a number of the 7 Google TTS voices that are available in Sygic, but despite that selection Sygic always uses the standard voice. I seem to be able to use any of the standard voices, but none of the TTS voices.

I've noticed that on the TTS voices select page there is only radio buttons for the selection of the 7 google tts voices. Once the radio button is selected there is no way to leave the TTS voices page other than pressing the back arrow. To me that seems odd. I would have expected something like a "Done" button to register the voice selection and return to the previous page.

I would appreciate any help I can get, or any insight you can offer to solve this problem.

You must have a TTS engine installed (it's enough the Google one) and select it in device settings as vocal output.

Thanks for the tip Spyder, but I'm not what the comment in read means. Could you please clarify that for me.

Google Speech Synthesis Engine is normally installed and active in Android devices, Enable it in device settings (Settings> Language and input or similar)
