    Default Cannot access premium settings but I have a premium licence!

    Hello all,

    I have an unusual problem with Sygic GPS Navigation 16.4.14 android which I run under Android 7.1.2 on my Google Nexus 7 tablet.

    I have a premium licence (and it is showing under 'Sygic Store > All your licences') but I cannot access the premium only features like 'voice instruction' etc - there's a green 'premium' notice beside each premium option.

    I often change the ROM on my tablet (for fun!) and Sygic, whilst being a bit temperamental, has always updated and correctly and retained my licence and settings etc.

    I didn't buy Sygic via Google Play (so cannot restore from there) and re-inputing my product code, whilst it says 'ok', does not unlock the premium features. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times now but it's always the same.

    Any ideas?
