I can enter settings etc but it will not navigate, display maps and has no address database it seems. also if i restart the app it will do the exact same process again, any settings i changed will rest to default like it is not saving the info.

Anyone have any ideas on my problem? as i purchased the unit specifically to run Sygic and hema maps.

    Thank You
Check the Sygic/Res/comptability/ folder if your device is there

    Hello,
I have the problem to install Sygic.

I was confused about the folder structure of Sygic.

I would like to install Sygic in the SD card.

    In this instruction:
4 -Create a new folder Sygic

Is the Sygic folder as below:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    On the other instruction:
    Instruction
    - Uninstall the previous version
    - Copy folder com.sygic.aura to Android/data on internal or external sdCard

    ....
    as beblow:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Please advise me which method is correct ? Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about the latest Sygic's versions released, this is the right way to do
    Cheers.

I have installed Sygic 17.1.13 and i download two cards.(maps)
Now I see these two countries under maps, and on the screen I see two countries and the streets.
However, when I click on the search bar only the streets of one country are visible.
    What can be wrong here?

    Thanks for your answers.
I have downloaded version 17.3.2 and maps, voice as the instruction.

I used "File Explorer" to copy folder: com.sygic.aura from my computer to folder:
Card\Android\data\com.sygic.aura but I got warnings for all *.xml files as below:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Maybe it made my install wrong.
    1. Do you have a suggestion ?
    2. Which software do you use to transfer files (or folder:com.sygic.aura) from computer to Smartphone ?

This is normal. Check "Do this for all files" and click "Yes".

Hi friends. I tried to install the application on the phone Xiaomi Redmi 3 . Both with enabled and disabled data transfer. It didn't work. At the first start of the program there was a message "no connection". And the undo button. The "Maps" folder was not empty before starting. I think it's a problem with the phone. But can anyone have thoughts on a solution. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I got it to install after many attempts. What can I recommend when you install to the main instructions. The first launch should be without the connected USB cable to the PC and any data transmission should also be disabled. Good luck to everyone.
