BaseCamp Version 4.3.3 is released.
Changes made from version 4.3.2 to 4.3.3:

Loaded on two ASUS 1015 Windows 8.1 32Bit 4.2.5 works great on both,loaded 4.3.2 works great on one, the other installs/loads does a quick screen splash then just sits there never gets to the Logo screen. ALSO there is no software update tab as on 4.2.5
Still no joy-- One Asus works fine with 425/432/433 other just hangs with 432 and the new 433- fine with 425. It loads basecamp (shows in task manager) then does the fast splash screen box then just sits there --no Basecamp logo screen then (is no longer in task manager after about 2-3 minutes)let it run for four hours yesterday 4.3.2 -- trying the new 4.3.3 now so far the same thing.
Try to uninstall it completely, run CCleaner or similar too, then reinstall.
Autoupdate doesn't need a button because it updates by its own without asking since previous versions.
Did uninstall/Program File/CC et all same .431/432/433 install will not load Basecamp-- Drops out of Task Manager after 2-3 minutes. 412/425 work fine. Both Asus boxes are identical except for display drivers -- been working the same for five years on Garmin products.

Try this please:
Folder: C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\GARMIN_Corp\BaseCamp.e xe_Url_bzc2******\18.104.22.168 and others BC related.
Files Name: user.config
1. Delete the file "user.config"
2. Start BaseCamp
3. A new file is generated by BaseCamp while BaseCamp starts
Had a FEW folders since trying to load all the other versions--DELETED THEM ALL.Tried 433 same Deleted the folder as above now Garmin_Corp empty --reinstalled 425 works great as before, then deleted it and the User stuff tried 433 still no joy.
The problem is you don't get any error from BC, hard to find what is wrong.
Try to update display drivers and .NET. Check if your Windows is up to date too.
To uninstall BC using Revo uninstaller (free Version).
All the above are fine --will try the REVO- also the sfc.exe /scannow shows no problems.
Check also if there is something in Windows Event Viewer, sorry I don't have any other idea
