    I get an exception error when clicking on "check all installed mapsource map into c:\program files(x86)\garmin\maps" because I have a win 7 64 bits and my maps are in C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\Maps.

    I used PGFT 2.2.5.4 x64

    @persep :

    The only reason why PGFT crash is if you haven't the appropriate registry keys.

    What appear under : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Garmin\MapSource\Products in your registry ?

    This is what I have:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Garmin\MapSource\Products]
    @=""
    "InstallDir"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Garmin\\"

    And I have 10 different maps installed

    Register text should look like this

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Garmin\Mapsource\Products]
    "InstallDir"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Garmin\\"

    No, I don't think so. AFIK the order does not affect the registry of the default value

    Yes you are right saying that it doesn't matter.

    Can you try changing you registry by replacing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Garmin\Map Source\Products
    "InstallDir"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Garmin\\"
    by :

    "InstallDir"="C:\\ProgramData\\GARMIN"

    and tell me if PGFT still crash ?

    I did the changes you wanted and it still crashes

    System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\ProgramData\GARMINMaps\'.

    Then I noticed that your program appends "Maps\" to the path directory, so I changed the registry to "C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\" and now it doesn't crash

    OK, I will add a new button for those who have the Maps directory else where.

    Next version will be 2.2.5.5. It will include these changes :
    * bug correction : multiple selection in the img file tab now works as expected
    * new function : added a button for those who have the maps folder elsewhere than in the mapsource folder
    * code optimization
