    @Venstenvel
I guess that it cannot be done with GPX File alone needs XML ! ?
I've read some of your very interesting discussions with Turboccc @PoiFactory.
Is there any method of convering from GPX to XML ?
    I'm thinking along the path.
Get Existing file in GPX or CSV
Load into Turboccc EPE to Add the Circles
Convert to XML (Get the Data into XML)
    Create GPI using GPI Creator.
I've Actually managed to do it in EPE alone but I end up with many files.
I need to be able to choose different Icons and Different WAV files for Different Speeds.
Maybe Turboccc will work on improving EPE one of these days, He's Been OFF-RADAR for a while now !
Thanks for the XML I'll try it tonight.
    Regards.

There are no CicleList in garmin gpx schema. Turboccc made his own gpx schema to implant CircleList.
I have no program to convert gpx to xml, but it would be nice to have EPE to save as Garmin xml.
I havent seen any post of Turboccc for months.

    @vestenfjell
I managed to make directional alerts, thanks for the example.
I'm looking for a document that explains the fields in the GPI file. (Hac*king the GPI Format)
Do you have knowledge of such document ?
Maybe if you or anybody else have you could post here or PM.
    Regards.
    RunAsDate.exe (32bit) works good with trial license.(03\09\2009)

    Hi Caty,
I got an Idea how some of the fields in the header work, Thanks.
I want to get a little deeper into the file to be able to extract waypoints and Bitmaps etc.

I can not help you about Bitmaps, I have only been looking into the alerts in poi.
Its been a wile since I looked into it, and have many unsorted papers .
I have a picture here of Hex, dont know if it helps you.
This is only what i experience, and I my be wrong and my memory could be failing.:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    A blue line divide the picture in 3 parts: Header-poi nr1-poi nr2
    Blue :coordinates
    Yellow: Text
    2 byte,Inside Red line/white:Proximity
    2 byte,Inside Green line/white:Speed
    1 byte,Inside Blue line/white :Alert on(01), of (00)
1 byte, black line/white: Type of alert (00 360° alert)(01 Along road)(02 TourGuide) This file is manupulated and shows 04.
    1 byte ,dark blue line/white: Custom sound nr/ if no custom sound: 00=Beep/01 Tone/02 3 beep/03 silence/04 Plung/05 dobbel plung.
    Alert part in poi start with: 03 00 00 00 0c
Blue line/Pink: Offset of the code, and the code.(this is an PoiLoader file, so its not coded, just to show)
Brown: Length of text (how many byte)
    ligh blue: language

This is what I can recall at the moment.

    32 bit:7c be 54 ed = ed 54 be 7c =deci 3981753980/11930464,71=333,7467631635952-360 = -26.253268 decimal degree (South and west is minus 360 )
    0b 4b 0f 15=15 0f 4b 0b=353323787/11930464,71=29.615150 decimal degree
It is in a road R38 in South Africa, does it seem right?

Correct Decoding the location is Exact.
Tonight I'm going to attempt some of my own decoding, Suspected that I had to reverse the numbers.
    Thanks for Everything so far.
