Exporting Custom Maps

Hello, I have downloaded a custom map from GPSFileDepot which contains a number of trails that I ride on in West Virginia. I am trying to export the map and trails to a GPX file so that I can install them onto another GPS (Gaia), but I cannot figure out how to do it. I am using Basecamp on a PC, and when I export my collection it down not include the routes. I have imported the custom map onto my Garmin Montana 650t device, I can see the routes, and downloaded the data to Basecamp, but the routes don't show up in my collection. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All I want to do is get the routes onto Gaia, ugh.
