    Not sure what you mean by 'regardless of the file name', but don't change the name of any of the files. Each JCV file is tied to a specific map however.

    What I mean is would the Philippines.jcv file (included in the 2015 HERE map) still be usable if I change its filename?

    You can provide any arbitrary name for the file JCV (<anyname>.jcv), but don't forget about the NameLength limit (max 11) in this case.

    Exactly, although my inference was that Keven probably wanted to change the jcv name to match the map. However renaming as 'CN Philippines NT 2015.20.jcv' will be far too long for instance. 'Philippines' is already 11 characters.

    Ok, for example: CNPH2015.20.jcv, CNPHL2015.2.jcv or CNPH_2015.2.jcv

    Anyone know the smallest size JCV file that has svgz graphic? The D3060180A.jcv for NA2016.10 is way too big for my need.

    Edit: Nevermind, found D3568130A.JCV in SA2015.40

    @Cnfhbr
    Touché!

    @osiris4isis
    Sorry, missed that post earlier. I've got India 2013.30 which is a Western-style SVGZ file and only ~14.6 MiB. If you want it let me know and i'll post it for you.

    That would be great, please post it; the more data to test the better. People are using MPC to create JCV right?

    Ok, here it is: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

    Afaik, MPC is the only way to create JCV files, but i think it's limited to Raster files only. Probably best to ask in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for more info.
