Thread: Record trail tracks with notes and difficulty levels?

I've been trying to find this with no luck...

I need an app that records tracks and allows me to add a difficulty level rating for sections of the track as I'm recording them. This is for recording wilderness motorcycle trails that vary in difficulty. For instance, when I come to a difficult section, I'd like to change the color or the recorded track to indicate the difficulty level during that section. I'd also like to be able to choose a symbol or word or other modifier on the track that indicates the type of difficulty. (rocks, roots, mud, steepness etc.)

Is there something like this out there?
