Seems like Balatan is the brain behind these mods. How do I ask for Android auto compatibility? The app works flawlessly on my phone, android auto lists this app as recognizable, but won't put on the (android auto) screen. Is there a way to make this feature work?

It has been stated many times that Android Auto only will work if you get it from Google Play Store.
No GPS mod will give you access to Android Auto.
The application must be supported by both the Android Auto and the software itself. And from the device side
For some releases it is possible to try with King Installer
I have 2 paid copies of Osmand+ and have no problems accessing Android Auto.
Saying that I use it mainly as a hiking GPS app, from time to time in my car.
