Looking for tollgates Europe POI

I looked in the menus of my navigation Dezl 580 in the menu Up Ahead to get the upcoming toll gates, but I couldn't find anything. They don't seem to be on the Here maps. Is there a database of toll gates in POI format that can be used with Garmin?
It is important for me to warn me for incoming tollgates so that I can drive the truck economically.

I do not know of any POI's for this.

But travelling in the EU by truck they have an app for this

so far I've gotten here:
1. Got data from here:[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2. Made .csv files for garmin
3. Loaded with POI Loader
4. My unit start warn me for incoming Tollgates
5. Tollgates icons are visible on the map

Still cannot find them in the menu Up Ahead. Does anyone have extra information how to become visible in the menu?
