Why we have 2 times Austria and Germany in the original locked files?
"safety_camera_austria_germany" and "safety_camera_germany_austria"...some mistake? or ...
They're totally different files when compared. I guess that the first probably contains some adjoining parts of Germany with all of Austria, and the second is the reverse.

I am do not sure only for Slovenia. It is must be included to safety_camera_Italy_slovenia.gpi but Garmin traditionally confuse Slovenia and Slovakia due to slovenščina and slovenčina congeniality.

In each line of this "dump" the first 12 bytes (4x3) look like a pair of coordinates (three bytes each), probably - the start and the end points of alert.
i do not know nothing neither of the units nor about the meaning of the rest of the lines (but sometimes similar "coordinates" occurred) - pls do not ask.
But if these bytes are really the coordinates - one could be able to put them on the map and decide whether this file deals with Slovenia o Slovakia.
Giomen, can you give your feedback how Syclop works in Russia?
@ Tasso
