The 'unlocked' 12 Nov 2013 set of gpis contains quite a few that are still locked. This includes australia, czech-poland, france, germany, netherlands, portugal_spain, uk_ireland and us_canada. That is locations 2D 2E 2F 30 do not contain hex FF and location 31 does not contain hex 00 for these files.

Thanks I fixed new upload in post 1

It's nice of you that you discovered kenta2's mistake (probably PM was more pertinent, don't know), but your "That is.." made me smile:
Look, in the following files all original values in the above mentioned locations are preserved, but these gpis seem to be not locked.
    am i right?

i named the folder NotLocked in order not to interfere with possible existing UnLocked folder - no idea covered, the same locked files were used.

    So what?
They are not locked (but obtained from the locked ones) and all bytes @2Dh-31h stayed unchanged.

It is normally! Some Europe region is not updated too. But that is interesting Garmin release the same files for some region with new date only and for some without changes at all. It is old story...

I'm using a garmin nuvi 3597 and, after i've installed the unlocked version, the velox shows up in the menu (both the proximity alert and info menu) but not during navigation or "map scrolling". How can i fix this???
I also have another question, does this "cyclops" velox from garmin have a different voice for each speedtrap (for example when you're approaching a fixed camera it will warn you by saying "watch out fixed camera ahead")????

Edit: i also wanted to add that i always created my velox using poi's form (poigps.com) and adding them with .wav voices on my garmin using poi loader and they always worked fine.

Cyclops is beeps only no voice.
Cyclops does not show as an Icon on Map.
You need to do a simulation past the cameras and it will alert you.
Check in settings device about Extras and Safety Cameras to see if it is listed.
If it is listed it will work.
