As I know Garmin Cyclops don't work on StreetPilot, you should use SCDB.
In my Packages divided by Zone/Country [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] there is MiddleEast available.

Some years ago i've posted those lines (sorry - strings) in foxpro.
Here is it (timestamp - June 2013). Pardon me for my slang (fope instead of fopen, fwri instead of fwrite and so on, foxpro allows 4-symb abbrs)

The data type is not string, although some language treats it. Representation and presentation of data are two different things. The point was what are they; not what can you manipulate them as.

    Hmm..
The point was to show why original locked files are preferable: instead of laying upon some other's skills of unlocking - one could easily make cyclopes work by "unxoring" main body with a constant dword and changing one byte (even one bit) in the header. This is the point here, not discussing on the structures of the header and moreover - of the body: those could be the subject, the point in other threads/topics/forums.

The original* file is worthless to people that do not know what to do with it (and that account for the majority of users here) I originally (no punt intended) asked this question but gotten no answered. You get the original file, then what? You use some tool to "unlocked" it. Oh yeah? What tool and how is it doing it? People can't even follow simple instruction to unlocked it. As I already stated in my replied that changing those "strings" will not work with new firmware. Nuff said!

    * You don't just put original file under Garmin/POI and it will work (as indicated by a clueless person in his replied)

If you will use a shovel to put it there would be cool really
Sbog and others advanced users gave us a program code for all available operation with GPI at the moment. Is it clear? Learn script language if not.
But from your side I was not received any answer. Unknown by whom the file is made. Why I must use it with mandatory test for operability if I sure what my script is working perfect with one key combination pressed?
You are very strange man! From there you are? I can not find any program code or small decision from you. Only bla-bla-bla. Sorry but I prefer to respect smart people. Sue Davison was and remains my hero but not you! And I do not be want be hero for you. Hi folks

Any ideas how to get unlocked cyclops onto Garmin Dash Cam 35?
It has "Garmin" folder intsid ethe root of SD card, but can not recognize unlocked cyclop's gpi files. I tried to put those into (root)/POI, Garmin/POI folders and simple into Garmin folder - no luck.

    Any help is appreciated!

UPD: it seems like files disappear from Garmin/POI folder after device restart, so looks like device found them up there. I also see them listed in dev description xml. But they do not appear in Settings/Cameras/Coverage menu , so I'm not sure if device actually using them
