Are you sure your POIs are in CSV format?
When you open Profile window you should see a List of .CSV Files, like in this picture ...

Tool has to be installed in a folder without spaces for filtering to work. Otherwise, the filtering cannot create POIFLT.csv.

I am confused. I have no idea which Profile to use? I get an "invalid file" error when I select the profiles as well.
Hi! When do you get the error? At StartUp? I just tried a new installation and all is Ok, no errors ...
About the first "Profile" you have to do the following:
    • Run the Program and hit "Profiles" button, you will see an empty Profile named "NoName"
    • Select your Source and Dest Folder, change the Profile Name as you like and press first "Save", then "Load"
    • In the Main window, select the Parser Options (LON, LAT is the default), check "Apply To All" and press "Save Settings"
    • Exit Program and Run it again, all should be Ok!
