Unpack the file, then copy the directory named "FRENCH" in this directory
E:\CITIES.
So you'll have this :
E:\CITIES\FRENCH\french_male

Cartman & Stewie Voices for Garmin
Cartman and Stewie VPN voice files for Garmin.
Instructions:
1 - Replace your original English_American_.vpn file (backup or rename it first) with file
from folder.
2 - Go to Settings >> Audio >> Voice
and change to American English.
Enjoy your new voice.
