On nuvi 1300 Commerce work perfect.
I upload my folder here : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
When i install new glg i erase old folder and restart nuvi.
Click on glg icon and nuvi say no glg instaled.
Connect nuvi to pc and add new LEX_PKG folder in folder Garmin on nuvi.
Open with notepad D046800.unl and add unlock code and save
Restart nuvi and whait 1 min
Click on glg icon and wait 15 sec and all work.
Thanks lolypop000, files are all the same. See Balleba post #54.
Seems to be a problem with GLG and 3790 units (and maybe some others e. 1200).
I will try our folder later but from post #54 don't expect problem to go away.
On my nuvi 1350 works fine. How to do it from lolypop000
This works fine with my 3790LMT and 1490LMT.Quote:

Thank you very nuch!
I've PURCHASED Oxford Language Guide & downloaded it to my 3790T. On restarting, it came up with the error ... "Installed version of Language Guide is corrupt". After many repeated downloads, I still get the same message, and after a week of emailing, no joy from Garmin support. Any suggestions as to why this might be occurring?
from garmin forum:
Code:https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?p=86375
I have downloaded the Language Guide 3 times and am still getting the message: "The installed version of the Garmin Language Guide is Corrupt. Download Again."
I have tried downloading to both the device and a memory card. Neither provides a clean install.
Looking at the Main Garmin Folder (and memory card), in both, I have a zip folder called "D046800.zip" and two files, .gma and .unl

Resolved!

I think................Completely deleted the contents of the "Garmin" folder from the original download. Reconnected and re-downloaded to the main unit (not SD card). On start-up, just wait a few seconds before pressing any buttons, a dialogue pops up telling you the download is installing (it doesn't tell you this on the downloads page). A little patience while the countdown finishes. I then restarted the device and went to the dictionary icon. A little hour glass spins for a couple of seconds and that's it.
A bit of guidance would have helped on the Extras download page. But there you have it............................
I found Solution how to automatic install language guide.
Download language guide from first post.
Right click on LEX_PKG and zip it when you have zip rename it to D046800.zip and put in internal memory in folder Garmin.
Generate unlock code and past to D046800.unl.
After restart nuvi and on startup language guide install automaticly ;)
It's basically what I've told about in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] second part. It's still a problem with "Commerce ..." even with that download directly from Garmin and booting with displaying a message about unpacking & installing the ZIP-archive.
I will erase LEX_PKG structure again and try the steps again. I can't however see that the mentioned installation process in post #63 & #64 differs from the one already tried in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

Did you find some way to make GLG work on nuvi 765?
As you can see below, I've tried several options, but in vain... I cannot do this thing work!!!
Do you have any other ideas?

As lolypop000 mentioned above, it seems impossible simply copy the LEX_PKG folder to the unit... We have to "install" it!... Ok, but how??
Please, do you have the original file (downloaded from Garmin site)? I think that old units recognize sw to install from ".gma" files. Perhaps I could simulate the download process directly to my unit...
What do you think?
