So the command must look like this :
    BT; ECHO; 160

Tell us when you tried and more importantly if it works.

    No effect means ?
After a reboot with 160 value echo is still there ?

When I looked into firmware, BT cheat code command looked empty, maybe it has been disabled in later firmwares.

I guess you'll have to go to an official Citroen reseller.

The echo is still there - same as before.
It's like the commands have no effect

If you go to your car reseller, that would be interesting for others to understand what they did to fix that echo.

Tried today my wife's cell phone and it worked without echo.
Now I have spent so long on the system in the car and found out my phone is failing.
Afterwards I tried my own phone and there was still echo.

    Both phones are OnePlus 3

Sorry to have used your time - just did not think it could be the phone that did not work when it works on any other Bluetooth device.

Tomorrow I will try my work mobile.

    Very good news for you.
A little bit strange that one of your phone was working and that it is no longer, but at least you can avoid going to your car reseller.
