Default Media is corrupted or incomplete - maps updating

    Hi.
I'm new to the forum, so hello to everyone.

I have problem updating any map. 2017-2, 2017-1, and even 2016-2, which I had before.
The update goes OK until the map begins to load. The progress bar is in 1/4 - 1/3 and then pops up the message: "Media is corrupted or incomplete". The update turns off and the map is broken.
The same problem is when I try to reload the 2016-2 map that I uploaded a year ago.

USB sticks formatted according to the instructions. I have tried various USB, new ones just bought: Hama 3.0 and 2x Toshiba 16GB 2.0 and old ones: no name 8GB and nothing helps.

    Firmware RNEG2.21.A.1, Citroen C4 II (B7)

There is a possibility that the memory card connected to the internal slot (uSD) of your RNEG is corrupted or damaged.

Reload the software 2.21. & try again.

    Use a 8Gb usb2.0 stick format it in fat 32 CL-32kb

    The same with the maps.

    Hi.

    Problem solved.

I bought another USB Hama 3.0 16GB. I did'n format it (only factory format) and with such a stick I was able to update the map.

    Thanks for your help.
