Yeah, version SMEG+ 5.51.B.R1, CD:27261 is definitely rumored on various boards, though according to the german [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] it might be a beta. Now, with Peugeot Connect Apps being killed of early next year, we might get an update sooner or later which removes it from the system.

I think 5.51 is not suitable for SMEG+, since system information doesn't show map version section

Found mentions on Peugeottalk.de (follow link in my post you quoted), Peugeotboard.de & Clubpeugeot.es.

Depends... If it is installed on a SMEG+ Audio BT version, the map section of course would not appear. Is that a screenshot you've taken or something you've found somewhere?

    Hello, first poster here..
I'm from the Netherlands and I have a Cactus from Dec 2015.

    auto

This is my diesel lease car, it costs me 90 a month, but I was limited to the color and options for lease and amount payed per month.
At first the color was weird, but i've gotten attached to it.

Now, I have a hour drive to and from work. The audio was terrible.
I've complained about this at the lease company and offered them to fix it myself, but they've been very nice and deadend my doors and put some Herz 170 80W RMS speakers in it.

But, this wasn't enough, I'm kind of a audiophile...
So I bought a "Parrot quadlock adapter" for Citroën, snipped away the connector and connected all four speakers to the front channels and put some small 60W home speakers under the seats.
    Settings:
    - speaker position 2 taps to the rear
    - treble 4
    - bass 3
    - loudness on

Bluetooth with Spotify connected, and the audio was kind of the same as my old Golf6 Highline.

I've been from FW version 4 to 5.41.B.R4 and Citroën has made a lot of fixes.

But this version (5.42.B.R4) seems to be the right direction for Citroën.

    version

The GUI seems a lot more snappy and the bootblock seems to be rewritten!
Unlocking the car boots the system correctly and turning the key activates the screen and radio, like 'click' -> 'on'.
    Very satisfying.

Next, typing addresses, searching and calculating routes is very quick! I only wish they would use QWERTY instead of this keyboard.

Bluetooth isn't updated yet, but sync with phonebook and audio is a little bit more stable.

Audio volume past 23 seems less overpowered, so clipping is less of an issue and my system does not go to "Safe audio volume, system too hot" anymore.

The animation is a bit better, it seems like the animation is calculated with loading the next screen.

Memory, CPU, GPU usage and fragmentation seem better.

    sysmon

Previous version seemed going bananas, especially the fragmentation and memory usage.
This version is much more stable.

I hope this is a good contribution, if you have questions, please ask.

Thanks for the information. I guess there are a lot of Dutch lease drivers here :P, since the Cactus and Peugeot 308 were very popular cars because of the previous tax regulations. (including myself 308)
