    While we wait on PSA, Becker or "Martech" in Poland to fix this bug, I found out the another guy who fixes the RNEG Self-Rebooting issues! It is Lutronica Auto in Portugal. You can find him on Facebook and I think we have people here from Portugal too? Maybe Lutronica could look into the RNEG Firmware and fix the WNRO bug?

    PS: I'm currently on RT5 so I leave it to you guys, but folloving the process with interest...

    It is the application used by Paul Such (Defcon22) to play with the "Firmware" of the vehicles.

    I think,nobody will help us... I was in PSA local service 10 days ago, still no replay from them, and I sent them new e-mail yesterday. From ADAC no new e-mails, too...

    Until now Martech Poland didn't react on my Q if they are able to modify the firmware for Becker/RNEG or know someone who has this ability. I think we better move on in our search. If they still respond positively at a later stage, we can always respond.

    Harman message seems to solve the gps problem seems

    Dear client,
    Thank you for your request:

    Please, format your Map Pilot in this case. The last destinations addressed are eliminated.
    Format the unit as this will free up as much memory as possible. Select the Becker MP unit in Windows Explorer (approximately 7300 MB in size). Right click and then click Format. Put a mark in FAT32 and fast format. Start formatting
    Disconnect the device from the computer for 3 seconds after formatting. Then reconnect it and start Content Manager.
    Control of your PC's security programs is no longer necessary.
    Click on START / My data and download the software first. Ignore the error message: "Some packages are not compatible with each other". Now you can use the packages on your card.
    If you have not purchased any maps or software before, you will not see any entries in Start My data, in some cases only the software. In this case, you can buy a new map package or we will provide you with a previous package at no charge.

    Thanks rozos, but I have some questions about this info:

    Where did you get this from?
    To whom is this explanation sent?
    What is "Map pilot" and what software is mentioned? How we download it?
    How can we "format Becker Map Pilot," when there's no HardDrive in it, or any connection port to do that?

    Quite confusing this message... Although it is a bit promissing (at least Harman gives some how-to-do steps...), I'm not sure we are talking about the same affected device here!
