    I found the name of a Harman Becker programmer in a firmware file 50.03.
    Maybe he could help us (anonymously)

    He is:
    Nikhil Patil

    But, I'm afraid that if we do not fix it ourselves, nobody will.

    Yes, they understand English. As I mentioned before, I speak German and I wrote them in German. They responded to me and offered an older version of Becker MapPilot for free. I refused, because we have no use of it and that cannot solve our problem with RNEG unit. So, I think there is no use to write them anymore...We can not order them to make a new FW, PSA should do this, and they refuse to do so...

    obelixtg@kinlozen @ I think you're right, send 5/6 messages trying to solve the translation of the German but always send you the same everything from the pilot when I say that it is a rneg let's see that javiro @ have more luck

    it is clear that harman does not want anything from the rneg if you write to them in english or german they continue with their mercedes pilot

    I received an email from ADAC, telling me that they saw in the pictures that I was connected to 9 satellites at the time of the picture and I should be fine. I replied that it was a moment when I was connected to 9 satellites, but usually I'm connected to 3-5 satellites and also the altimeter is affected, even if I am in open space. I'm waiting for the next reply...

    Tom-Tom has aknolwedged the issue on some devices and obviously has no plans to fix it, but sends an email to affected users in UK offering a signifficant discount (60£ instead of regullary 300£) if they buy a new navigation device:

    "Due to the GPS Week Number Rollover (WNRO) that occurred on 6 April 2019, your navigation device will continue to navigate, but will not be able to show the correct time and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
    We understand this situation is not ideal. We value you as a loyal customer and would like to offer a special discount to you...”


    So, probably PSA has no plans to fix it either!
    Would be fair though if they at least aknowledeged the issue instead of playing ignorance ("Turn off GPS sinchronization...")!

    For psa, the problem does not exist so that they look at tom tom at least help in the purchase of another browser, recognizes the problem for psa we are who we are the browser problem because they solve it in the official service. They think we are stupid or children

    That is the difference between responsible company ( such as Tom-Tom and Garmin ) on the one side and the "profit oriented only" company ( such as PSA ) on the other side...
    "We value you as a loyal customer and would like to offer a special discount to you..." is what we will probably never hear from PSA.
    They think we're so stupid, that we can not understand their "genius" explanations ("Turn off GPS synchronization...")!
    And here is the another proof of their "genius" explanations ( Answer from Peugeot to ADAC ): "A trained specialist (Peugeot authorized workshop) looks at the symptom and corrects the setting with very little effort." What a .... How smart and "trained" should you be nowadays to turn something on or off...
