    I think PSA and Becker are fighting who should pay the bill for making this update.

    Some other marks have already solved this issue, so it must be a simple changement in firmware.
    Only who is going to pay for starting to make the solution.....

    It does not have be for free, for me.
    If they ask 40,- for it, nowbody is complaning i think.
    Just give us a solution to fix it.

    Besides the RNEG of 407, I have a very old TomTom. Last week I received an email from TomTom recommending that I update the browser due to the problem raised since April 6th. Specifically, it says: Due to the WNRO of April 6, 2019, your browser will no longer work correctly. We are checking if it would be possible to perform an update; As soon as we have news, we will contact you. Or you can choose to renew your TomTom browser with an exclusive loyalty discount through this email.

    I think you can tell the difference with the clients of a company like tom tom and another that passes from the clients like psa

    I just reed on the ADAC ( German automobilclub ) Website answers from big car producers ( bmw, audi, ford... ) about gps rollover, and guess what PSA said:
    Peugeot/Citroen: "Wir erwarten bei den werkseitig verbauten Systemen keine Beeinträchtigungen, vorausgesetzt, die Geräte werden auf dem aktuellen Softwarestand betrieben." I try to translate: We expect no problems, supposing the units have the latest firmware.
    Renault has already make a new update to solve the problems with they units ( carminat tomtom). Here the link to ADAC website, if somebody will read:

    Thanks for putting the link with the journal and i've already sent them a mail comments on the problems we have with the psa browsers and how it gives us long so that we forget the failure as if it is not

    I also sent a message to ADAC to inform them about our problem and that PSA does not tell them the truth.

    I also sent an e-mail to ADAC with some Photos to show them, that PSA gives a wrong statement about gps rollover ( Peugeot/Citroen: "Wir erwarten bei den werkseitig verbauten Systemen keine Beeinträchtigungen, vorausgesetzt, die Geräte werden auf dem aktuellen Softwarestand betrieben." ). On ADAC website stands, that they will try to force the navi producers to make a new software updates if the unit don't work properly ( "Wir fordern deshalb, dass die Anbieter Firmware-Updates anbieten, die die betroffenen Navis wieder voll funktionsfähig machen. Wenn dies in Einzelfällen nicht möglich ist, sollten die betroffenen Kunden zumindest einen freiwilligen Zuschuss zum Kauf eines neuen Navigationsgerätes erhalten." , and the google translate: We therefore demand that the providers offer firmware updates that make the affected navigation systems fully functional again. If this is not possible in individual cases, the affected customers should at least receive a voluntary subsidy to buy a new navigation device.) So, ADAC is very mighty, and we should hope, that they will push PSA to make a new firmware...

    Today I got a reply from Peugeot UK suggesting me to do the Factory reset in order to get the unit into fully operational state??

    I wrote them a bih harsh email, complaining not only about the RNEG unit not being fixed by now, but also about those beginer-level advices they give to the customers which are useless. I also asked them why giving the false statements (in ADAC article PSA says that all their built-in navigation units work OK if operating on the latest firmware), when it's clearly not true since we all have experienced misfunctions after the April the 6th with our RNEG on 50.03 firmware.
    I kindly asked them to take the issue seriously and deal with it professionally, as soon as possible!

    It seems that ADAC is interested in the problem.

    They have answered me with the solution that PSA has given them and that we already know (uncheck the synchronization and insert the date manually).
    I answered that the PSA solutions do not work and that the solution is a new "Firmware", since the current one is from 2010.

    I thank Google for the German translation.

    We must continue insisting.

    @JAVIRO,
    I also received an answer from ADAC with the same suggestion to uncheck the gps synchronization. As I speak German language very good, is for me no problem to express my anger over PSA and they "statements" by ADAC. I sent another e-mail to ADAC, and suggested them to ask PSA if they would give us a new firmware, or ignore us as they do that so far and threat us as a very stupid. I was so angry that I call whole PSA as a bunch of liars. I also cleared them that all the firmware ( from R20 to R50 ) have the same problems. So, I'm waiting for an answer from ADAC...

    updated all the psa cartographies, 2018 Q2 minus the wip nav or rneg, bad signal, apart FACUA commits to publish it in press and move the subject of the gps, send the mail to ADAC but if you answer for now, the same as consumption, but not updating cartographies means that the browser problem is removed
