In any case I was referring to if when you updated the system you also freeze the system? And then you tried changing one by one the previous fw? I try it with 2.86 then 2.85 and finally 2.80. But I'm still frozen.

    Hi..

Strange thing, fortunately, never happened to me...When you were updating , was the RT6 Bluetooth unpaired with any device? Did you have any CD in the drive while you were updating (if updating by USB), or any USB pen in the socket (if updating by CD)?

    Good luck

    Cheers

The first time I update it with a pendrive, like several I did not recognize the radio and gives me the impression that the format of windows 10 generates the problem, that solves it formatting from windows 7. however I have tried recording the fw In cd with the different fw (2.86, 2.85 and 2.80) so far the radio is still dead, I disconnected the battery to reset the radio and continue to perform the update operation (it is always frozen in the same part where it says preparing the upgrade, See last image I uploaded). If someone can tell me if he could recover the radio after this condition or if someone has the 2.70 fw to see if I can return to the original. The only thing I did not do was turn off the star-stop, during the process the vehicle was parked and had no bluetooth device connected and finally the first update try to do with pendrive and fw 2.86. Thank you...

I don't have any problems, my system don't freeze.

If you read a few pages back, there's a user who had also problems updating version 2.70 and the only way he managed to solve that was by going to a concession.

Try all the versions above 2.71 one by one, maybe one will work.
But keep in mind that you must do it with the engine turned on!

If none of the versions work, you must go to a concession.

I've searched for firmware version 2.70 and I could not find it. You will have this fw? Or if someone else can share it?

    Hi,

I have a Citroen C3 from 2013. Do I understand that I cannot upgrade the firmware further than 2.8 according to post#1? or is 2.86 still possible?

This firmware version only exists from factory, look for 2.71 version which is available as update.
It's the same with the patch for problem of disconnecting with the iPhone 4S.
