For me it does not work. All maps recognized them but never found the route. gps is on. I tried on android navigation and smartphone android.

Check from navigation did you set like this -
Menu - Settings - System - GPS On/Off.
It's not enough to set GPS On through Main Setting of your device.

I tried this way too. It's connected to the satellite. The top drawing with the satellite dish is green. I choose the country, I choose the city and when I turn on show the message ``route can not be built``I installed the maps. I installed the original software from google play and it works perfectly with free trial.

Won't work for me. Crashes during startup. I tried start without installed maps, sometimes succesful the starting, and crashed again after few second... (Android 9 based Car navi)

On Android v9 You must test latest version with latest maps.
