Reply With QuoteWhen you deleted disk with the format function than you also delete "hidden" and "system" files, which are not visible if you don't enable it in folder options. When you did a backup of your navigon, you didn't select those files because you didn't see them. I think that's the reason why now is not working even when you put files back. You should go for the update for your Navigon which you can find here:

NAVIGON P40 PLUS drops me out!
Hello guys,
I did some expirements to install Igo on it. But now I want to back my Navigon Installation. Of course I had archived it before that,
Now I copied back my saved Navigon and when I choose direction and load the maps.... it imediately drops me out. The device restarts itselfs. Why, where could be the problem. Before I get back my archived Navigon software I formated both disks (internal memory and SD card).
I tried it with several different maps and the result is the same every time!.gif "beating")
Tell me guys what is my solution?

What I have supposed to do? Download the software again and replace the current one? Would it solve the problem?
