Update. So none of the issues with it freezing when another radio screen goes on top of the navigation screen are fixed in this version. Most of the time it freezes and all I have to do is touch the map and it then starts following me again. There has to be a "run in background" option somewhere!!!!
As for maps I fixed the small street names. All I did was load the android maps and map drawer file and bam. Nice looking maps.
I still haven't solved the slow moving map draw that makes is not smooth.
