No problem, I'm good with patience as long I have spare time for such detailed support. About the pictures, you did it just right. You are learning fast and that is good thing. Now back on track. Which part of the tutrial inside my package you don't quite understand? Please be specific.

Thank you Janch!
You are a good boy who has an understanding of the old.
I think I understood the problem. Is my drawing so ok?
Does the appstartupsec.ini the old existent be removed beforehand? Or is that enough to copy.
Haha, you are a painter also! I'm having a lot of fun helping you :laugh:
You did everything correctly except appstartupsec.ini file which should be inside the Navman folder. You need to replace existing one. You didn't read instructions carefully! :fuss:

Well then I'm happy if you enjoy it. Me too!
I understood that with the file Appstartupsec.ini. It is available in the Navman folder. My question is I have to delete this file first and then copy new? Or you can overwrite this file.
The contents of the two files are very different.
So it will probably be better to first remove the file Appstartupsec.ini and then copy the NEW, right?
I noticed that in the old file in Process 2,3,5,6,8 the Start On Boot is 0?
One more question: In the Navman folder is another file: appstartupSec.exe has something to do with the appstartupsec.ini?
You can just rewrite old one with the new one.
Appstartupsec.ini dictates what apps and from where are executed on the boot process. So off course I had to modify it for the purpose of "unlocking". Please do not mind the old version, because it's not relevant anymore. Old version had 7 processes in the script but all which has "StartOnBoot=0" were disabled anyway so it's the same if those weren't written at all. Now you need only 2 processes which points to a specific targets as you can see..First one is for starting device in a new visual menu, the second one enables power switch of your device, so you can power it on/off (this is a background process, you won't see result visually anywhere). Now please test the modification and report back.

I'll ask a stupid question. In the old version are 8 processes.
Process 1 StartOnBoot = 1
Process 4 StartOnBoot = 5
Process 7 StartOnBoot = 1
In the new version are only 2 processes. 1 and 2 with StartOnBoot = 1
My question. If I copy the AppStartupsec with 2Processen but only the first two processes are overwritten.
Will the other 6 processes survive?
Process 4 would then have StartOnBoot = 5
Process 7
StartOnBoot = 1
That confuses me a little

As I already described, in old appstartupsec.ini version all processes which had "StartOnBoot=0" never triggered any process anyway even on a factory default software.
0 = disabled/not executed on boot
1 = enabled/ executed on boot
5 = I'm not sure but it doesn't really matter..
..so for those with "StartOnBoot=0" is exactly the same as they are not written at all, that's why I deleted everything what is not needed. I hope it's clear now.
Process 7 calls for AV-in (enables interface for camera) and I'm quite sure that you won't need that, that's why I deleted it.
Process 5 was related to BT function and interface but with unlocking your Mio you lose that feature anyway.
So now you have only 2 processes which are active and essential to boot that Mio into a new environment.

Thanks, everything is OK. I thank myself.
Tomorrow I will test it all. I hope I succeed.
I still have the software from Poland. Are you interested?
Maybe you could look at and judge.
How could you send this SW?
How can I publish .rar file here

Oh god, that's something new again. I thought I could just somehow upload the .rar folder.
Can you explain the process?
