You can find on the internet the Kenwood service manual. The problem is that there is no navigation part on the scheme. It is presented only as a module.
The missing parts are probably resistors. I have this parts in my board too, the same like ORAK. When I'll go back to home I'll check it out on my navi board. Most probably the navi board are the same. The difference is in the software.
The second thing - you soldered black and red wires to the navi board.
On the pictures You showing us any black and yellow wires are connected near any harness. Could You explain what You exactly doing? Maybe show any photo whole unit with cables. Especially cables from navi.
EDIT
OK, ORAK has the values of resistors, but for sure I give in this place:
First, smaller - 1k
Second, bigger - 10k

ORAK
Now you have the values of resistance.
I will give council, Go to a real electronics to solder the 2 resistances and thinner wires.
To not spoil anything else, You didn't do real soldering.

i connected the radio to a ups power supply. in oprder to power up the radio i have to connect the red and yellow wires together and black to ground. but now i only have the gps module connected to the usb not thje radioi . and i aldo have the red and black wire connected together. i took the board to an electronics technician and he told me that the 2 resistors that are missing dont matter because he check where they go on the opposite side of the pcb board and they dont connect to anywhere. i am goiny to take it again to make a proper soldering

ORAK
Please change the electronics technician, he knows what makes?
Watch here:
This is not the double-layer board.
This it is a multilayer board.
Please search on Internet the difference between double-layer board and multilayer board.
Electronic equipment has always what has to have on board.
Nobody gives no needed components.
In this case possible/probably - it's ADC reading for processor from resistance divider...
As Orak wrote - change technician...

ReCheck all Ribbon Flat Cable to which walked / removed, attacking systems for Ribbon Flat Cable
I think that you don't have attaching, removable front panel monitor in the right way.
The same thing It happened to me.
Try an detaching and attaching for removable front panel monitor in the right way.
You go here and see this movie: Kenwood Instruction Detachable Screen
