It is present...and black...
In that case it should be working, but perhaps does not contain the warnings you expect. In my country the SPC file has few or no actual speed cameras, mostly it contains school zones, railway crossings and things like that.
Make sure it's black and not grayed. Post your *.spc file to zippyshare.comQuote:

Spoiler: .
Osiris4Isis and Boki,
it is false to say that Primo does not accept .lyc licenses, only accepting .lic licenses. See the figures below:
Spoiler: pics
Regards
That's interesting. There are cases that .lyc will caused problem on iGO/Primo. I've encountered such problem a long time ago (I don't use iGO/Primo that often lately) It's possible that certain element in .lyc would cause such problem. Who knows, until the format of .lyc (and probably .lic) is known (extremely unlikely), can't really investigate. As a complete test, I assumed you removed that .lyc and it doesn't show up? Thanks for the info though.
Osiris4Isis,
I just left a .lyc file to exemplify, the others I inserted into the "Other lyc" sub-folder. All the .lyc licenses posted by Boki for NextGen correctly work the Primo.
I do not use licenses with .lic extension, only .lyc, and work correctly. Note that the Primo version is old, not a new version.
On the other hand, I do not use Primo WinCE, I use Primo Android in my multimedia center, because I do not like the NextGen.
Regards!
Edit: note in the gif the inscription "type ..." I believe it is some content not recognized by Primo. For this I have to check in NextGen to see exactly what the content is.
In testing anything, you have to do at least two type of tests.
1. A positive test to prove that it's working
2. A negative test to prove that it's not working
This is to eliminating condition(s) that you didn't know about. For example, license might be taken from somewhere else.
I know you did the positive test to prove that it work. Now please do the negative test to make sure that indeed that .lyc was used.
I've googled to find info on 9.6.13.290290
All I see is it's a WinCE variant of Advent, where do you get a copy for android?
Osiris4Isis,
see the first figure I've presented, you'll see that only one license is being used. When I withdraw that license, leaving the Primo without any, the application does not start. And this I can not show for you. For me this is more than enough to prove that the license is working.
Your proggy is not fully cracked?
My application ("proggy") is not fully cracked, it needs specific licenses for each type of content. The only fully cracked executable I know of is the Honda Civic, which does not work well on my devices (WinCE).
