It is just iGO/Content folder. Not any proof.
Is there any other folder near Content? Post screenshot of iGO root folder structure. Show root of SD card also.

Good point. Although it was pretty clear on the request to look for the iGO/save/ folder. Why anyone would not see it when accessing the iGO/ directory and just post result under iGO/content/ directory is beyond me.
iGo folder has two sub-folders:
\Content
\License
That's it.
If there was anything in there that is even slightly resembling what is in the examples given, I would gladly point it out here, but there is nothing.
And root has:
\iGo
\device.nng
I do not see what the problem is that you can not upload the pictures as required
OK, if you say so, then your software is inside the memory of the device itself.
Whether in it, in HU options, there is an item "CHOOSE NAVI PATH"? Or similar.
Here are the screenshots both sd card root and iGo folders. As I said, no info even close to the examples given.
Any ideas how to connect to the internal memory of the infotainment system? I guess just plug-in a USB cable to a PC will not work?

No. The connection via USB has nothing to do with communication.
The device must have a dedicated connector, or open it and create an interface.
I repeat, since you do not pay attention:
"...Whether in it, in HU options, there is an item "CHOOSE NAVI PATH"? Or similar." << Is there any similar option in HU settings or not?
But, by the way, regarding the title of this topic:
* - It's enough to put speedcam.txt files (one or more) in iGO/content/speedcam folder on SD card.
After next start, iGO convert them in internal database (*.spdb), and put that file in proper place of internal memory.
Next step, is, to turn on the display of speedcams and warnings in iGO software itself.
In my first post, I said that in "Warnings" section of iGo, I do not have setting to enable speedcam alerts, there are many other warning types, but no speedcams. After research, I found a similar issue on iPhone (no speedcam warning setting to enable) and proper sys.txt file fixed the problem, but in my case this was again effort in vain, which can be because I have no access to the system files of iGo.
I will report on the "Choose navi path" tomorrow when I have access to the car.
Just to be clear:
Settings > Alert Point Settings > tick Alert Point Warnings > (Using this function may be....blah blah) Turn On.
?
One thing, not related to your problem but: SD CARD should be formated in FAT32, not NTFS.
- It is turned ON for sure! Checked it many times...
- Not sure on this one, I have to check, but this is how I got it from the dealer.
