Look like you have to pick Voice_TTS-android-eng-us-lua.zip for TTS voice (it's the one that show "TTS v4" and female saying "Have a nice trip. Drive carefully") because it has Alert Point setting under TTS Pro.

What skin are you using? You want to go to Settings->Display->Day Skin Theme and pick diMkaWA_aP114_24
Then make sure under Settings->Sound and Warnings->Voice Language that you pick a TTS voice
Then check under Settings->Sound and Warnings->TTS Pro and check "Read Out Alert Points"
Then click the "play button" of "Read Out Alert Points"

After clicking on Setting (screwdriver/wrench in X) you should see

Then after clicking "Sound and Warnings" you should see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Then after clicking "TTS Pro" you should see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Scroll down until you see "Read Out Alert Points"
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Make sure it is checked and press the "Play" button to see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Click on "Select All" and click on the Redlight button (row 1 column 5) to see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

What is not working? Can't select voice? Can't select skin? Don't see TTS Pro?
