igo-speedcam.txt contain merged of all states. Garmin data only has the following categories: Tunnel, RedlightCam, SpeedCam, RedlightAndSpeedCam and all alerts are omni-directional.
Make sure *.scdb and *.spud doesn't exists under content/speedcam
Put *.txt under content/speedcam
Start iGO/Primo/NextGen
File *.scdb should not be empty and your speedcam will show up but will not alert until you drive
