You keep making mistakes. The kmls run smoothly and are built differently from how you make them. The icon in the userdata / usericon is not foreseen because it is already present in the kml branding ...
Insert the kml and delete the file "poi_visiblities_save.txt".

The kml files work perfectly even though as you say, they have errors .....
Instead your files, it is not that they do not work, but since you have not named them correctly they do not merge with the file icon that assigns the icons present in the ux branding highlighting only the generic icon on the map:

Having said that and not wanting to prolong the thing further, I ask you maybe to compare us for the next times, before "throwing" your elaborations / considerations on the 3d, because it is not nice to have "beaten" by someone who recovers a good part of the likes with the work of others. No offense.
