button_2D-3D_fd file of "Frontzosd Silver Skin for Luna", works fine and as independent ux in Luna.

Not for me or any package I tried. Can not work without modified skinzip file, I think.
Anyway, new Arimi's file works.

Well...
I was a bit reckless with my enthusiasm, declaring that button_2D-3D works fine and as independent ux in my deafult Luna.
2D-3D is functioning. Sat's status is displayed well. Altitude... stuck on 0 m'.
And so I removed it. Why? I am of the opinion that, if the smallest and simplest UX does not work perfectly and fully, then, it will get something or cause something.

Must be selected separately. (height/satellite)

One ux can works (height/satellite/2D/3D).
For zoom can be used "button_blind"

But, as mentioned, Arimi's ux have all functions, and can be used independently:
