The problem is not at the level of the coding done by Frontzosd for his Skin but it is the adaptation to the Skin Pongo that I try to do.
The bug you mention is not the only one: even the TTS Pro menu.
I made a modifications on the UX: the skin_by_pongo.zip. And here's the result.

When somebody makes an ux...is not responsible in which
Skin this UX works or not!!!
Because the skin sometimes contain the same code with ux, with
Different parameters..
The creator of the UX, must have inside his mind Only this.
My ux MUST WORKING TO DEFAULT SKIN AS IT WILL BE SMALL SKIN!
THIS IS THE POINT!!!!
SO THE UX IS NOT COMPATICAL WITH NOTHING!!!!
And we don't care if it is!
The correct ux, must work to default skin..
If the creator wants to modify it...
For working to a skin...
This is OTHER POINT!!!
So we must never say compatical ux and never wait to be
COMPATICAL!!

It is a temporary solution because at the next update you have to redo everything.it is not practical.

Today i have tested your mod about "the_skin_by_pongo.zip" and everything works fine...
so i make one more step... added as plugin
it is more practical if want to disable than rename it...
