WIN CE Getting temperature on map screen

    HI,
I have a HuiFei integrated unit with iGo Primo, was wondering is there an UX which can show outside temperature and getting it directly from car sensor?

Also how can I start iGo primo directly on map screen, it always first show me the menu.

    Thanks!!!

No. Even if there is a ux to do that, WinCE doesn't have a way to get the information from the sensor. Unless you got a WinCE unit with bluetooth/WiFi/cell.
You can start it by touching your finger against the iGO icon. Seriously, unless you know how to hack that unit to bypass its shell, you can't.

Far as I know, HuiFei is Double DIN Android based device, with Full Bluetooth support. You can even root it. If "milika" confirm that info, I (or some other moderator) will assign this post to Android section.
Nevertheless, there is no direct connection between the car computer (sensors) and the navigation device, as "osiris4isis" already noticed.
Maybe, just maybe, such UX exists, but so far I have not heard of such a thing. And it is a lot of developer work to to connect the necessary components.

With android, you might have a chance; with WinCE, when "Hell freezes over." But who knows, it works for The Eagles. RIP Glenn Frey.
