i tried changing userpicture to outside igo folder but no effect
i also added the folders line to sys but all i get is error saying cannot find application.
I also deleted save but still no change
it just will not show the image.

What you write - with proper installation and configuration of iGO is virtually impossible!
Somewhere in the system have a problem.
If I can help you to:
Be in the end what device you have and what version of iGO (full designation), which WinCE, and how it is stored (identified) on your device - memory card (egal - Android phone SAMSUNG identifies and calls the memory card in the path to it as : / storage / extSdCard - so the path to the application were to: /storage/extSdCard/PRIMO2.4)
I need to know exactly how it is with you - to enter a rigid path for the application ATTRACTIONS!
Do not write or what you did before the changes - uninstall the old apk? cleaned up the residue in the machine?

I downloaded cleaned (1 infected file) and ran.
I am impressed by your work with the skin, but either do not understand something, or I'm blind (n.bene have glasses

Your skin Dimka 171 mod urbexuk - does not support splitscreen mode - and this is the basis for the action log of this application.
And besides:
1.Copy ux file folder Attractions (14) and the application name in the sys.txt was - attractions! - So it's no wonder that it has not seen.
Fixed file name and is ok. Categories Attractions can be seen on the menu!
2.Insert kml files of example (on Kyiv) and you want to see them, and you have a system map of Ukraine - so they do not see.
3 I asked for the file (POI) on your site and a photo of the place - there is something so I figure it out.
The rest of the work without comment. Change to your skin, do POI and see - and you think about what this installation dump, because in my opinion is huge and unnecessarily burden the system and memory - but sorry your choice.
I'll call you tomorrow, because today the Poles are playing volleyball with the Russians and I will see - I hope that they will do ..... and come out of the Brazil and Poland. Keep your fingers crossed !!!

Welcome urbexuk,
So is this:
You have messed up in your installation - a little. In the same I was not able to improve the functioning of this tool! I think the reason lies in the installed skin - though probably not only.
I did attempt this tool on a clean install of iGO 9.6.13.290.290 and is all about. So as I wrote in the first post the tool is in the folder ux, userpicture file in the main katalogo application, but:
in addition to the inserted row sys.txt for [attractions] is still something that is not about you!
- Watch the file to attach - it sys.txt where everything works as it should.
And most importantly - skin on which I tried this: diMkaWA_P174.zip
It has options for splitscreen (and many others).
So much for help - I'm going on vacation.
