    Can you please explain
    Note: If the .bmp is in NNG RLE format, you need to use DView or iPAQ 31x proggy to decode it


    I can open the bmp file with Dview but how do I decode it so Pixelformer can open it?

    Save NNG bitmap image as windows bitmap or png image.
