    Greetings from The Castle.

    Thanks for the kind offer!!

    Just to recap:
    Navi is a Samsung S4 / Lollipop / iGo Promo 2.0 9.6.29.596752 / NON TTS / GjAK_v2.3_AriNe_5da.

I would very much like this behaviour when I approach ALL speed cams:

    1: One Beep when a speed cam is e.g. 1000 m away
2: Another beep when the speed cam is e.g. 300 m away
No beeps between those 2 beeps - and no beeps after the 300 m beep!
    No Over speeding beeps :-)

In an ideal world it would be nice if it was like this instead:
1: When speed cam is 1000 m ahead, a voice says: Speed cam 1000 m ahead
2: When speed cam is 300 m ahead, a voice says: Speed cam 300 m ahead
    - but this would be a TTS "thing" - right?

Again - thank you for taking time to look into this!
    Cheers

Brother of Hamlet - This is - as you write - exactly explained Brown Dog in the post, which you pointed out - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Read it carefully - and understand everything.
I will not duplicate answers Brown Dog - but the principle signaling SpeedCam for TTS and Non TTS - is the same.
In addition, Brown Dog explained in detail which are based on records and distance signaling SpeedCam's - also depending on the speed.
    Read ....

    PS.
This - what you write in the second part - you can be achieved by using TTS (I wrote about it).
and regardless of the speed - if you exceed the limit on the stretch - in settings (eg. Skin Doupas), you can simply select that signaled the speeding and repeated the signal) - without digging in sys.txt

PS2. Immediately see if the skin - GjAK_v2.3_AriNe 25DA - the work is different?

Sir Wojpen - I think I'll find a piece of land somewhere, where you can be Earl - And make known that you now are a Nobleman!

    EDIT:

I took a long shot - and copied Brown Dogs sys.txt to mine!
This morning - on my way to the Baker - I drove past the only speed cam we have in the neighbourhood,
    and - TA-DA - it works

Can you only tell me if on Igo Nextgen with a TTS setting I can have a mix of continuous beep (sound setting) and just one VOICE alert (speech setting)?

Now, i have only one VOICE alert and not continuous bip with a speech TSS setting.

    Thanks.

    @Mate:
The SPEEDCAM-CAT settings for NextGen TTS are the same as in Primo - but!:
In Nextgen - if you do not have the SPEEDCAM_CAT section in sys.txt - you will have to look in the file (enter the path):
    iGO / UX / speedcam.zip / ux / SpeedCam / plugin.ini
and make the changes you need.
You can also delete the contents of this file (plugin.ini) and move the entire SPEEDCAM_CAT section to sys.txt.
Choosing the sound for the particular CAT - you have in the skin what to have in the message - enter in sys.txt - how to do - posted here -

PS Your post and my answer should be found
    in this section -

so I'll ask the Mod to move topic ... THX Mod.

Do you want to make new topic or merge it with some concrete?
(sorry, no time now to look for exact solution)

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
