What do you mean by "more than 1 map" ?
More than 1 country map? Then the map of the country you are in is loaded.
Maps from more than 1 mapmaker? Never tried it but that is not recommended. Can't guarantee the program won't crash.
If you mean "maps from more than 1 mapmaker" do a search for "mapchanger", then that is what you need

More importantly the question should be "How do I know if the maps are correct and being used?" The answer is, check under content for map; look under About.

I'm struggling to understand why you cant use both .FSP and .HSP files. As I understand it, you have to use one or the other. But a quick google comes up with this.

    \ Content \ histspeed
    * .HSP – Files that CONTAIN historical information about traffic on certain routes in certain period

    \ Content \ map
    * .FSP – File that contains information about legal maximum speed of travel.

    Please explain like i'm 5!!

They both give smart routes, calculated on historical (or not) traffic data in relation to time and day of the week. Therefor the route calculation may differ depending on the time of day (to avoid daily traffic jams). .fsp files come trough the map provider 4 times a year, .hsp new files come every month. So.hsp is more recent and holds traffic information that may differ from .fsp (e.g. recent road works). Those data may give different results that are in contradiction. And that 's why.

Thanks G-ulash. I get it now. But it also raises another question. I had a quick look through the forum, and I cant see any .hsp files for download. I would have expected to see a lot of results via a forum search if they were released monthly, but it came back as nothing?

You can make name of map to be anything, but extension must be .fbl
If you use "fully" cracked proggy, no need for license for contents. If not, you must have license.
Do not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.

    Of course:
    - if you are traveling to Eastern Europe, use only EE hnr files
    - if you are traveling to Western Europe, use only WE hnr files
    - if you are traveling all over Europe, use only full EU hnr files
    logical, right?

    I wonder...
why do you need whole europe content?
Are you traveling, from the UK, via the Baltic countries, to Turkey and then to Russia? All within one quarter?
Are you a trucker? Need also truck files (ftr, truck poi)? Again - you travel the aforementioned path, all within one tour?

    It's called hamster syndrome

Always use only content that you really need.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
