    If I write it in myself as you typed which folder do I put it in?

    Open notepad (or similar)

    type (or copy/paste)

    [gps]
    port=auto
    baud=auto

    Save as sys.txt

    Copy in the main root of IGO/Primo (that is in the same folder as the .exe file is in)

    Try this:
    Copy in sys.txt the following (but copy at the top of your sys.txt) because don't know what entries you have:
    [gps]
    port="1"
    baud="4800"
    source="nmea"
    set_messages=0

    if it will not work think that this will fix problem:
    [gps]
    port="2"
    baud="57600"
    source="nmea"
    set_messages=0

    After copying each of those settings don't forget to delete folder "save" you can find this folder: Primo2.4\save

    [other]
    demo_enabled=0

    [route]
    hnr_ignored_missing_country_ids=*

    [vr]

    It looks good, but it is only the values under [gps] section that can make your gps work.

    Port can be from 1 to 8, Baud can be 4800 or 9600 or 19200 or 38400 or 57600. You have to find the right combination or set it to "auto" and let Primo figure it out.
    But primo needs time for it, which can take up to 30 minutes to find satellites, so don't be hasty thinking Primo doesn't find satellites. Also delete the save folder so that wrong values from previous attempts (can be downloaded save folder from different device) does not interfere.

    Maybe im not leaving it too search long enough for signal so ill give it another go tomorrow when I get home from work.
    Really appreciate your help and patience.

    Well I tried the suggestions above and none seem to work.
    Maybe I should try and download another copy or try a different program such as Sygic?
    Anyone have a download link they hink might be useful to me?
