Road traffic laws are constantly changing, this is taken into account with updated cfg, as well as other country-specific circumstances

Road speed are always changing.

What was once 50 is now 30 in some areas
What was once 90 is now 70 in some areas
What was once 120 is now 100

Countries are always changing road speeds that is nothing new.

So one should not make an issue of the fact there are updates.
