DView - New tool to visualize and convert iGO bmp

There are two options, the first is to draw it from scratch in the Ilustrator program or convert bmp-svg using the program Vector Magic Desktop Edition - This option is fast, but the resulting file will be large, which is not very good for using it in navigation.

No, I have never used this tool, I just did it and it does it in black and white
